Session terms

These terms apply to individual 1:1 coaching sessions booked with Oxana Colibnic.

Sessions and payment

Each booking covers one private 60-minute virtual coaching session. Sessions are paid in advance, and introductory or discovery calls are not offered.

Rescheduling and cancellations

You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows forfeit the session.

Refunds

Sessions are non-refundable once booked, except where required by law.

Coaching scope

Coaching is educational and non-clinical. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, medication advice or emergency support. Participation does not guarantee a particular outcome.
